Lot consits of (A) Sharps and Hankins Model 3 steel frame four barrel .32 RF Derringer. Barrel marked "ADDRESS SHARPS & HANKINS PHILADELPHIA PENN." Right side of frame marked "C. SHARPS PATENT /JAN 25, 1859." Serial number 10591 found on barrel and butt. CONDITION: Very good with over 20% blue remaining on barrel cluster with balance turning plum, steel frame has attained a steel gray appearance. grips are full sized and retain most of their varnish. Barrel markings are extremely light and almost not legible. Action operates properly and bores are very dark with visible rifling. (B) Sharps Model 1B .22 caliber four barrel derringer with brass frame and varnished walnut grips and barrel release on left side of frame. Serial number 279. CONDITION: Very good traces of blue in gullets of barrel cluster matching numbers on frame and barrel. Action operates properly. Grips are full sized and retain traces of factory varnish. TDW
