Manufactured 1944. Square notch rear sight, serrated slope front sight. Short checkered trigger, serrated arched mainspring housing with lanyard loop, checkered hammer, safety, and magazine release, serrated slide release. Keyes grips from two different batches. "G" proof on top of frame, High Standard barrel. FJA and P proof stamps on frame, Trigger guard with "7", "5", and "S" inspector marks. Ordnance Department stamp on right side of frame, light. Hammer sans spurs with flat checkering. M.S. Little magazine. CONDITION: Good. Parkerizing has worn thing uniformly across pistol with particular silvering at high points. Operates correctly with a very good bore. EW
