One of the few early pre-war original examples of this sparkler known. Marked "La "Isla" R.S" for Rogelio Sanchiz, who manufactured the toy prior to 1936. Great tin-litho. When plunged in back, Mickey Mouse bends over to light his cigar off of spark, followed by Felix doing the same. Beautiful early depictions of Mickey and Felix. Great color and design, maybe one of the most desirable pre-war Spanish Disney character toys. CONDITION: Still sparks. Some edge wear and minor scratching, but overall excellent to near mint condition. Has to be one of the best known examples. From the Jeff Landes Collection.
