Circa 1940's. Extremely difficult to find box is complete and crisp. Similar to Popeye bank made by the same company. CONDITION: Figures are clean, nice graphics around base, excellent to near mint condition. PROVENANCE: A provenance sticker on the very bottom which says "Andrew Emerine Antique Banks", a well-known early collector of cast-iron, mechanical and tin banks. From the Jeff Landes Collection.
