Original box is complete and crisp. When pushed down, Popeye comes back up and makes a squeaking noise. Cloth covered with composition shoes. Linemar decal on bottom of left foot, marked "King Features Syndicate". Has original wooden pipe and cardboard tag, which says "Push me down and I'll pop up". CONDITION: Excellent to near mint.
