Unmarked, but probably from Erie or Girard factory. Clockwork mechanism in left arm. Charlie McCarthy head from whoppee car or sunshine coupe, with Charlie McCarthy hat. Cane in left and right arm. Proposed toy would show Mortimer Snerd walking. Never produced, one-of-a-kind hand-painted and litho toy. CONDITION: Very good condition. From the Jeff Landes Collection.
