Circa 1930's. Crudely done, but nicely made, hand-painted and lithographied Climbing Popeye with original pipe. Popeye has jointed arms and forearms, jointed legs and is a pre-war toy, never made by Marx. Not marked, but probably from Erie or Girard factory. CONDITION: Some scratching and wear, but overall very good to excellent condition on this one-of-a-kind item. From the Jeff Landes Collection.
