Standard carbine configuration with 20 inch barrel. Saddle ring on the left side of the frame. Marked on the left side of the barrel "44 W.C.F.". Circle WP Winchester proof on top of frame and another on barrel. Well marked on upper tang under sight "MODEL 92/ WINCHESTER" and then the standard trade mark patent information. Made in 1919. Period Marbles "W2" tang sight. CONDITION: Receiver retains 80% original deep blue with as to be expected wear from the saddle ring. Barrel, tube, lever and buttplate have traces of blue with a pleasing patina. Markings are clear. Wood has some dings and handling marks. Bore is fine with sharp rifling. Fine mechanical function. GR
