Musket appears to be a composition of parts possibly made for African Trade. "US" marked Providence Tool Co. lock dated 1865 converted to flintlock. Barrel is marked with Belgian proof and is a smoothbore. Walnut wood musket stock with iron hardware and steel ramrod. CONDITION: Overall good with silvery patina finish on metal surfaces. Wood has been cleaned with usage marks and dings. Lock does not release. Dark but shootable bore. DLM
