A nice little Italian made 28 gauge Jorema over-under shotgun by Abbiatico & Salvinelli. This sidelock ejector shotgun built in 1978 has 26 - 3/4" demi block barrels with ventilated matted top rib and front brass bead. The top barrel is stamped Abbiatico & Salvinelli on its left side. The chambers measure 2 - 3/4". Its chokes measure at Improved Modified and Full. Ejectors. The action is covered in a lovely rose and scroll pattern as well as the rest of the guns hardware. Single mechanical trigger. Full length cast off rolled trigger guard. Nicely engraved by Bruno. Beautiful European walnut stock and forend. Checkered buttstock with straight hand grip. Game forend with gold A&S crest and Anson release. Fine checkering on both stock and forend. Makers leather case with cleaning rod, accessories, oil bottle, striker pot and snap caps. CONDITION: Very nice with light handling marks. Barrels appear to have low wall thickness and cataloger advises further examination prior to shooting. Right lockplate is slightly proud on wood and requires some mechanical attention. CP
