Lot consists of: (A) Housed in a period wood case. Folding trigger. Liege proofed on the left side of the frame. German silver grip cap and escutcheon plate. Checkered bag wood grip. Case appears period with a corduroy lining. Inside the case are a pair of dice and a modified cartridge case that has been converted into a ramrod. CONDITION: Gun retains a pleasing patina. The top piece of metal on the receiver looks to be a replacement. Light pitting. Good mechanical function. Grip has some dings and handling marks. Case has some repairs. Gun (B) has English proofs. German silver frame. Beautiful silver wire inlays in grip. Folding trigger with a centrally hung hammer. CONDITION: Appears to have been lightly cleaned at one time. Engraving on frame is still sharp. Some of the wire inlay is coming out and should be carefully placed back in. Good mechanical function. Traces of original blue on the hammer. With a little bit of TLC, this is going to be an above average muff pistol. GR
