Guns (A+B) are a pair of ivory gripped folding trigger guns with nice engraving on the frames. Liege proofed on the frames. They are housed in a French case which originally housed a pair of guns that were slightly larger. The case is missing the accessories, but has "FRANCIS MARQUI/ 4 BOULEVART DES ITALIENS/ A PARIS" embossed in gold on the interior lining of the lid. CONDITION: Both guns are in good condition with a pleasing patina and some areas of very minor pitting. One gun has a period and extremely well done hammer spur repair. Both guns have chips missing out of the grips. Case is fine with some wear and dings. Gun (C) is not proofed. Has nice scroll engraving on the frame. Turned barrel with gold work around the breech end. Ebony grip with carving and German silver grip cap. CONDITION: Retains 90% barrel brown. The frame appears to have been lightly cleaned. Some areas of very minor pitting. Grip is fine with minor handling marks. Fine mechanical function. GR
