American, 1940s. All composition, blonde rooted human hair, blue painted eyes with detailed irises with mauve eyeshadow, closed mouth. All original as shown in Neiman-Marcus 1945 catalog as store special in fiesta-type dress of yellow taffeta shirt and vest, white blouse, fancy hat.
