Lot consists of: (A) Diminutive .22 caliber, 7-shot marked "Ethan Allen" on left side of octagon barrel. Nickel finish with walnut grips. CONDITION: Fair as retains 70% nickel finish. Bore is dark and hammer fails to stay back on full cock. Grips are excellent. (B) .32 rimfire caliber, 6-shot side hammer with barrel marked "Ethan Allen". Solid frame with sidehammer and walnut grips. CONDITION: Void of finish, action needs adjustment as it fails to rotate cylinder. Grips are good. (C) Allen & Wheelock 6-shot .32 revolver with blue finish and sidehammer ignition, with walnut grips. CONDITION: Good with traces of blue in protected areas. Action operates properly and bore is good, however barrel is loose. (D) Allen & Wheelock Sidehammer lip fire revolver. 6-shot 6" barrel for lip fire ammunition only. Produced in the very early 1860's and is rarely ever seen. This unusual revolver has the loading gate on the left side and uses a ratcheted ejection system. Solid frame with walnut grips. CONDITION: Good as found void of finish, however has functional ejection system and is need of a good internal cleaning as pall spring is sluggish and does not allow cylinder to rotate properly. Grips are good and bore is fine with visible rifling. TDW
