Colt World War I commemorative Battle of Belleau wood, factory engraved in its original shadow box. The Battle of Belleau wood is where the United States Marines stopped the German Offensive. The Marines fought so hard that the Germans gave them the nickname "Devil Dog". CONDITION; Gun retains approximately 99% of the original factory applied blue finish.
