Lot consists of: (A) French Tabatiere Breechloading musket made at the French arsenal in Tulle circa 1867. Blued rifled barrel with blade front sight and ladder rear sight. Barrel has stud for saber type bayonet. Blued action similar to Snider Conversion with back action lock. Walnut stock with iron hardware and proof mark in stock (illegible) with date 1866. Steel ramrod. CONDITION: Gun looks to have been totally refinished with 80% finish left on metal and sanded wood with 60% of refinish left. Good bore and mechanics. (B) Belgian Breechloading musket converted to a shotgun known as a "Zulu". Brass Snider style cartridge conversion with blued smoothbore shotgun barrel and back action lock. Cut down walnut stock with iron hardware. CONDITION: Overall poor with shootable bore. Missing firing pin assembly. DLM
