1905 vintage Colt Single Action Army, serial number 264687. 4 - 3/4" barrel with two line address marked: "COLT'S PT. F.A. MFG. CO./HARTFORD. CT. U.S.A." Chambered in .32 WCF. Blue with casehardened frame and hammer. Two piece checkered hard rubber grips. Two line patent dates with Rampant Colt motif inside circle on left side of frame. Accompanying the revolver is a Colt archival letter dated August 31, 2005 and signed by Kathleen Hoyt, Historian. Letter documents configuration and shipment to Simmons Hardware Store, St. Louis, Missouri in a shipment of 80 guns. CONDITION: Excellent overall with 95% original blue. 85-90% original thinning case colors. Grips are replacements and are not fitted well to the gun. Action is tight and crisp. Bore is excellent with light abrasions. -MKS-
