Incredible high condition Ithaca grade 5-E single barrel trap shotgun. Made in 1963, serial number 405095. 32" barrel with matted ventilated rib. 12 gauge with full choke. Automatic ejector. No safety. Beautifully engraved with foliate scrolls with a high relief gold pheasant on the left side of frame and a high relief gold woodcock on the right side. Engraved eagle clutching arrows on bottom of the frame with inscription "MADE IN U.S.A./ITHACA GUN CO./ITHACA N.Y." All screws are properly registered. Highly figured feather crotch checkered walnut stock and beavertail forearm with fleur de lis ribbons. Non engraved gold escutcheon on belly of stock. Original Ithaca red rubber recoil pad with aluminum spacer. CONDITION: As near mint as possible, 98+% bright case color and blue. Only flaw being a couple small dents on left side of the stock.
