Smith & Wesson Model 320 Revolving Rifle. Blued with ribbed 18" barrel. Chambered in .320 S&W Rifle cartridge. A total of 977 including three different barrel lengths were manufactured between 1879-1887. 18" barrels were the most common with 514 total made. Red mottled hard rubber grips and forearm, checkered with diamond and S&W monogram. Detachable Circassian walnut stock with blued hardware. Black checkered hard rubber buttplate. Two blade fold down rear sight. Slip-on front sight is missing. No tang sight. British proof marks located on barrel and six places on cylinder. CONDITION: Very good overall with 10-15% original blue remaining, balance of gun is a grey/brown patina. Missing front and tang sights. Forearm and grips are fine showing moderate wear. Bore is excellent. -MKS-
