New Model Number Three, chambered in .44 Russian. Manufactured between 1878-1912. 7" ribbed barrel with pinned full radius front sight. "V" notch rear sight. Nickel with case hardened hammer and trigger guard. Two piece black hard rubber grips, checkered with diamond and S&W monogram. Fitted with a Smith & Wesson detachable walnut stock with nickel plated hardware. CONDITION: Excellent overall. Approximately 90% original nickel remaining. Areas of freckling and signs of over cleaning on cylinder, barrel, and frame. The walnut stock has high figure showing modest wear. Bore is excellent and bright. Action is tight and crisp. -MKS-
