One of 88 total made between 1917-1945. 30" barrel with compensating ventilated matted rib. Boxlock action. No safety, automatic ejector. Highly figured checkered walnut, beavertail forearm and pistol grip stock. 13 - 3/4" length of pull to a 3/4" red recoil pad. CONDITION: Excellent with 97% original blue on barrel. 60% fading case color on frame. Wood shows little use with a coat of finish added. Bore is bright. Action is tight and crisp. PROVENANCE: From the Carl Balderson Jr. Estate Collection. -MKS-
