Standard configuration. "(Eagle) / 359" inspected. Single line "ac 44" on slide after serial number. This gun features what is referred to as a "copper colored" frame, although it's more like a plum finish. Blued slide and barrel. All numbers are matching. Black Bakelite grips. Post-War Walther P.38 magazine. Accompanied by a black leather clamshell holster marked on the back "joa/ 1943/ eagle/ WaA706" and P.38. Has a US serviceman's name and number written in ink on the inside of the flap. CONDITION: Gun retains 90% finish with wear on the front strap, high points and at the muzzle. All markings are clear. Bore has strong rifling with minor pinprick pitting. Fine mechanical function. Grips have light handling marks. Holster is solid with strong stitching and scuff marks. GR
