A) Marlin Model 1894, 24-inch octagon barrel and full length magazine tube. Chambered in .25-20. Standard sights. Two-piece plain, straight grain walnut stock and forearm. Crescent, rifle style buttplate. CONDITION: Fine overall. Barrel has 80-85% original blue turning to patina. Frame is an overall blue/brown patina. Wood is sound, with considerable chipping in the stock around the top tang. Bore is dark. Action is tight and crisp. B) Winchester Model 1894 SRC. 20-inch round barrel with full length magazine tube. Saddle ring on left side of receiver. Square base blade front sight. Carbine style, fold down ladder rear sight. Two-piece plain, straight grain "gum wood" stock and forearm.Carbine style steel buttplate CONDITION: Excellent overall, with 95% original blue on barrel and magazine. Frame is a silver/grey patina overall. Wood is excellent overall. Forearm has a crack on the left side. Stock has a couple gouges on left side at the butt. Bore is very good with moderate abrasion. Action is tight and crisp. -MKS-
