Commercial Colt 1911 semi-automatic pistol made in 1917. Colt marked slide with correct original sights and slide markings. Commercial marked frame with "C" in front of serial number. Colt hammer and correct blued barrel. Walnut wood checkered diamond grips. Comes with correct commercial two-tone clip. Colt factory letter with manufacture date and purchaser. CONDITION: 50% original dark blue with wear on the corners. Slide has initials "ER" scratched on the right side. Frame has 50% original blue with light operation marks and handling wear. Grips worn slightly flat matching wear on rest of gun. Good bore and mechanics. Nice original commercial 1911. DLM
