1863 Vintage Colt Model 1862 Pocket Navy, serial number 17656 matching on barrel, frame, cylinder, trigger guard, and wedge. 4-1/2" barrel, .36 caliber percussion. 5-shot rebated cylinder with roll die stage coach holdup scene. Blue with case hardened frame, hammer, and loading lever. Iron backstrap and trigger guard. 1-piece varnished walnut grips. CONDITION: Fine overall with traces of original finishes. Overall revolver is a blue-brown patina. Strong cylinder scene. Action is tight and crisp. Bore is dark. Grips are fine showing modest wear. -MKS-
