Colt Army Model 1911 semi-automatic pistol made in 1918. Blued replacement slide marked with Colt's patent dates and stamped with "S" in flaming bomb on left side of slide for A.J. Savage of San Diego, California. Colt manufactured blued frame with "No." prefix serial number with "Eagle S14" inspector stamp, smooth backstrap, and lanyard ring. Colt hammer, safety catch and slide stop. Correct Colt internal parts. Comes with two-tone lanyard loop clip. Walnut diamond checkered grips. CONDITION: 50% original blue with carry and handling wear. 50% frame blue with blue turning plum. Original grips with handling wear and noticeable checkering. Possibly replaced barrel bushing. Good mechanics and bore. DLM
