Lot consists of 3 Mauser action bolt action military rifles. (A) Mauser Model 1893 manufactured by DWM. The receiver has been scrubbed of its crest. Matching numbers include the receiver, floorplate, and stock. Bolt matches itself. CONDITION: Metal components retain most of their reapplied finish, but exhibit corrosion all around, with some light rust on the barrel. Bore is dark, but retains good rifling throughout. Stock shows numerous and scattered indentations and some gouges from handling and storage. (B) Model 1938 short rifle manufactured by Carl Gustaf. This carbine was originally manufactured in 1911 as a rifle and was converted to a short rifle between 1938-1940. Matching numbers include the receiver, bolt, floorplate, barrel bands, and buttplate. Stock retains its bore disc and lacquered on m/38 trajectory decal. Complete with cleaning rod. CONDITION: Metal components retain a good amount of their arsenal reapplied finish, showing areas of wear all around and some silvering on high edges. Bright mirror bore with strong rifling throughout. Stock exhibits some marks and indentations from handling and storage. (C) Mauser Model 1916 short rifle. Matching numbers include the receiver, bolt, and stock. Hole cut in receiver to vent excess gas is present. Front sight retains large sight protectors. Complete with cleaning rod. CONDITION: Metal components retain the majority of their arsenal reapplied finish, showing few areas of wear. Bore is dark, but retains good rifling throughout. Stock shows scattered indentations from handling and storage. MLW
