Lot consists of (A) Marlin Model 43 hammerless pump action shotgun made 1923-1930. Blued matted barrel with blued receiver and tube magazine. Plain walnut pistol grip stock with corrugated forearm. One of Marlin's troublesome pump shotguns. CONDITION: 80% original blue with 50% original varnish with added sling studs. Good bore. Mechanics are sticky and gun should be checked by gunsmith. (B) Marlin Model 44 pump action shotgun made in 20 gauge only from 1923-1935. Blued barrel with blued hammerless action. Plain walnut pistol grip stock with corrugated forearm and "Bullseye" in toe. CONDITION: 80% original finish with good bore and mechanics. Part of those guns Marlin warns people to have checked. DLM
