Lot consists of (A) Marlin Model 27-S, 24" octagon barrel, chambered in .32-20 WCF. Small ivory bead front, 2 leaf fold down rear, and receiver mounted aperture sights. Plain straight grain walnut stock and grooved forearm. Crescent buttplate. CONDITION: Excellent with 95% original blue overall. Wood is excellent with 95% original varnish showing minimum wear. Couple of medium size dents on stock. Bore is bright. Action is tight and crisp. (B) Marlin Model 38, 24" octagon barrel chambered in .22 S,L,&LR. Mounted with vintage 2-3/4 power scope. Plain straight grain, pistol grip stock and forearm. CONDITION: Excellent overall with 95% bright original blue. Safety needs work, will not allow firing. Wood is excellent with 95% original finish, showing minimum wear. Bore is bright. -MKS-
