Lot consists of: A) Springfield Model 1903 bolt action rifle made at Rock Island Arsenal in 1908. Rebarrelled for World War II and marked "RA" and dated 12-44. Original military style sights and finish. Walnut military style late 03A3 stock with "RA", crossed cannons and "FJA" stamps. Milled triggerguard and smooth 03 style buttplate. Unmarked polished bolt. B) Springfield Arsenal made 1903 bolt action rifle made in 1923 with barrel marked "SA" and dated 2-23. Original military configuration with original style sights and finish. "X" marked Smith-Corona 03A3 bolt. 03A3 style scant stock with milled triggerguard and 1903 smooth buttplate. CONDITION: A) Overall good with 80% original military finish with receiver having been drilled for a peep sight. Good bore and mechanics. Stock has added coat of finish. B) Overall good with 80% original finish. Incorrect bolt. Good bore and mechanics. Wood has been cleaned. DLM
