Made in 1903 on a 1-1/2 frame with 28" barrels that have full matted top rib and white mid and red front beads. Barrels, which are Remington era replacements and are lightly rifled for slug, are marked with choke info, serial number, chamber and grade info on sides of lugs. Splinter forend, which is also a Remington product with engraved Deeley release and steel tip is checkered in diamond shape pattern. Made with double triggers, extractors, and auto safety. Action is engraved in standard GH pattern with birds on sides and trigger plate surrounded by light scroll. The capped pistol grip buttstock is checkered in point pattern through the wrist, has a nickel shield near the toe, and terminates with a Remington era "Parker" dog's head buttplate. CONDITION: Very good. Barrels, as noted above, are Remington era and retain most of what appears to be their original custom Remington blue. Stocks are Remington replacements and retain nearly all of their custom finishes. Forend iron retains some of its Remington era cyanide color. Receiver has toned to gray and retains about 10% original color. Trigger guard has been reblued. Mechanics are fine. Bores are rifled and bright and shiny. The rifling appears and could possibly be factory. This is the only Parker this cataloger has examined with rifled barrels. JSL
CORRECTION:There is a minor dent on right barrel approximately 12" from muzzle that can be seen on interior.
