Manufactured 1942. Colt Model 1903 .32 Hammerless. Factory blue finish with checkered factory walnut grips. Two line Colt address on left side of slide with Rampant Colt at rear. Right side of frame marked "US PROPERTY" and right side of slide marked "COLT AUTOMATIC CALIBRE 32 RIMLESS SMOKELESS". Accompanied by all blue factory magazine marked "CAL 32 COLT" on base. Slide and frame are numbers matching. CONDITION. Exceptionally fine. Gun shows little to no actual use. Bore is as new. Grips are excellent. These General Officers pistols were issued through World War II and into the Vietnam conflict era. Unissued example are rarely encountered and it would be unlikely to improve upon this example. TDW
