14K Gold American Watch Co., Waltham, Massachusetts, P. S. Bartlett, Model '61, Small Enameled Hunter Case Key-Wind Pocket Watch, Circa 1863. Beautifully hand engraved decorated case with black enameled Greek key border to either cover, with round central shield to front, having no monograms. Case marked with maker initials "J. P. B." and stamped with raised lion mark. Cuvette has engine turned border. Very minor losses to enameling on covers with one small ding to outer rim of case at 3 o'clock position, otherwise in near mint condition. Watch fully tested and in excellent working order. Keys not present or included.
