Manufactured in 1900 and shipped to "SIMMONS HARDWARE COMPANY" in St. Louis, Missouri on August 20, 1900 in a shipment of ten guns. Single action front sight. Six shot fluted cylinder. Two piece Gutta Percha grips with Colt logo. CONDITION: The numbers match on the frame, trigger guard, and back strap. Gun retains 15% original blue in the protected areas on the barrel and ejector housing. 15% blue on the trigger guard and back strap in the protected areas. 10% of the vivid case color on the frame in the protected areas. The gun shows some blood staining on the loading gate and part of the cylinder. Good bore with just a bit of frosting in the lands and grooves. REW
