Rare 18K Gold Private Label Patek Philippe & Co., Geneve, Triple-signed for Spaulding & Co., Chicago, Open Face Pocket Watch, Circa 1900. Movement marked "Spaulding & Co., Chicago" & "Patek Philippe & Ce., No. 116734, Geneve, Suisse". Case is numbered, and stamped with raised "18K" mark. Cuvette signed and numbered to match movement. There is one small dent in outer rim of case near the 7 o'clock position, and minor wear to gold crown, otherwise in excellent condition.
