Very Fine 18K Gold Tripe-Signed, Tiffany & Co. Swiss Split-Second Rattrapante Chronograph Open Face Pocket Watch with Sliding Lock. Possibly made by Patek Philippe. Case is fully hallmarked, signed "Tiffany & Co.", numbered "78094", and marked "18K", having a fancy monogram on reverse. Movement is signed "Tiffany & Co.", numbered "78094", marked "Made in Switzerland" & "Pat. Feb. 5 '67" (1867). Unusual configuration with no constant seconds, having 60-minute and 12-hour chronograph registers. One very small ding on outer rim and back cover near the 8 o'clock position, otherwise in excellent condition.
