18K Pink Gold Patek Philippe & Co., Geneve Open Face Pocket Watch, Circa 1890's. Engine-turned case is signed "PPCo", marked "0,750" and numbered. Cuvette marked "A. Carassale, seul agent, No. 105782, Patek, Philippe & Cie., Geneve, Montevideo". Triple-signed. There is a small dent on the outer rim of case near hinge, and a small mark near center of crystal, otherwise in excellent condition.
