18K Pink Gold F. Montandon, Locle, Switzerland, Minute Repeating Hunter Case Transitional-Wind Pocket Watch, Circa 1880's. Beautifully hand engraved/decorated case with two nude winged women on either cover with flowers, shells and pinecones. Front cover has an oval monogram shield. Case is fully hallmarked, numbered, and stamped with a raised "K18" tombstone mark. Cuvette marked "Repetition A Minutes, Balancier Compensateur, Levees Visibles Remontoir, Ligne Droite, F. Montandon, Locle, Spiral Breguet, Ancre, 32 Rubis". Shield has evidence of polished/removed monogram. Dial has a scratch in lower portion through the sub-dial, with a small hairline crack, otherwise in excellent condition.
