Rare 14K Gold Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, Corps of Engineers U.S.A., Chronograph Open Face Pocket Watch, Circa 1919. Case is stamped "14K". Movement marked "Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, 380969, 20 Jewels". There is a nearly invisible hairline crack in the dial near the 1 o'clock position, otherwise in excellent condition.
