Very Fine & Rare 18K Gold Breguet Wandering Hour Chronoscope Art-Deco Slim Open Face Pocket Watch, Circa 1930. Plain circular Empire style 3-piece case with gold bow and satin snap-on back, engraved "M.J. to E.P.S. September 3, 1932", and marked inside "France 18K 1995", being fully hallmarked. Matte/Frosted rotating central dial with guilloché arrow tipped with jump-hour aperture. Outer 60-minute register is fixed in place, having black painted Arabic numerals, marked "Breguet No. 1995, Brevete S.G.D.G., France". Wandering Hour system designed and patented by Swiss watchmaker Robert Cart in the mid 1920's.
