Rare 18K Gold Breguet & Fils, Early French Quarter-Hour Repeating Open Face Pocket Watch with Calendar and Key. Small offset oval shield to back cover, having no monograms. Stamped inside "K18" with case maker initials "L&R" and numbered. Movement signed and numbered on hinged brass dust cover. Includes replacement #7 key. Quarter-hour repeater activated with piston pendant, having sliding lockout switch on outer coin edge rim at 1 o'clock position. Numerous dents to outer coin edge rim of case with light, even wear to engine turning on back cover. Dial has repaired chip to outer edge at 12 o'clock position and with a few light scratches, otherwise is in very good original condition.
