18K Gold Triple-Signed Patek Philippe & Cie., Geneve, Open Face Pocket Watch Named with Monograms, Circa 1904. Case signed "PP.Co." with Calatrava Cross, numbered and stamped "0,750" with hallmarks, having large fancy interlocked monogram on back cover. Cuvette is signed, numbered matching movement and named "Thomas D. Warren, Mohawk, N. Y.". Movement signed and numbered. There are a few small dents and marks present around outer rim of case with minor wear to crown, otherwise in excellent condition.
