18K Gold Triple-Signed Thomas Russell & Son, Liverpool, Chronograph Centre Seconds Open Face Pocket Watch, Circa 1898. Sliding switch at 2 o'clock on outer rim starts and stops watch. Watch is fully hallmarked with Chester City and date mark 1898, with crown and "18" gold fineness marks, and numbered matching movement with raised case maker initials "T. R" in oval mark. Movement marked "Tho. Russell & Son, Makers to the Queen, 12 Church St., Liverpool" and numbered "96211". Beveled crystal. Crown slightly discolored and some wear present to bow from use with pocket watch chain, otherwise in near mint condition.
