18K Gold Longines "Cronometro Medical" Doctor's Chronograph Open Face Pocket Watch, Circa 1920. Case is fully hallmarked, numbered, signed "P&D and marked "18K" with fancy interlocked monogram on reverse and signed awards/medals cuvette, marked "Longines 7 Grands Prix Cronometro Medical". Dial marked "Gradue Pour 30 Pulsations, Cronometro Medical, Longines (partially faded)". Crown is oxidized. There are a few hairline cracks around the outer edges of dial, with a few small dents on outer rim of case, otherwise in very good condition.
