18K Gold Triple-Signed, Vacheron & Constantin, Slim Open Face Swiss Pocket Watch with Original Brown V&C Box, Circa Late 1940's. Case is fully hallmarked, signed, numbered, and stamped "18K 0.750". Movement marked "Vacheron & Constantin, 439/6C, 486415, Swiss, Adjusted to Temperatures, Geneva, Seventeen 17 Jewels". There are a few small dings present on the case between the 9 and 10 o'clock positions, and a small blemish on the dial near the 1 o'clock marked, otherwise in very good condition.
