18K Gold Vacheron & Constantin, Geneva, Swiss Open Face Key-Wind Pocket Watch with Gold Guilloche Dial. Hand engraved enameled cuvette signed and numbered with coiled snake around escutcheon, marked "Cylinder Escapement, Height Holes Jewelled Compensation". Blue, green and white enamel on cuvette. Engine turned case with high-relief floral borders and offset hinges. Serial number "29102", early Vacheron & Constantin, circa approximately 1830's. Watch fully tested and working, but does not include #12 key. There is light even wear to engine turning on back cover and very minor enamel losses to cuvette, otherwise in excellent condition.
