Base Metal" & "18264". Engraved on reverse, "Bureau of Ships, U.S. Navy, (N)8459-1943, Chronometer Watch". Movement marked and numbered, "Hamilton Watch Co., Model 22-21 Jewels, Adj. To Temp. & 6 Pos., Made in U.S.A., U.S. Navy-BU. Ships-1942" & "2F8990". Dial marked "Hamilton, Lancaster, PA., U.S.A." with retrograde "Down-Up" wind indicator. Case with original setting instruction plaque and green felt fitted interior. Plastic viewing window is slightly yellowed from age. Outer wooden case not present.
