18K Gold Invar Chronographe-Compteur Doctor's Sphygmometer Open Face Pocket Watch. Circa 1910. Case marked "18K" and "0.750" with hallmarks. Cuvette signed with movement details and medals/awards. Dial marked "Calcule por 20 pulsations". There are a few small dents present around outer rim of case, otherwise in excellent condition.
