18K Gold C.H. Meylan, Brassus, Split-Second Rattrapante Chronograph Open Face Pocket Watch, Circa 1880's. Case is signed with conjoined "JS", numbered and marked "18 Carat Fine". Dial with one very faint 4mm hairline crack to outer hour-chapter ring between 5 and 6 o'clock, otherwise in excellent condition.
