Pair of Stevens No.414 "Armory" Model single shot rifles. Both rifles have 26-inch heavy round barrels. Blue with case hardened frames. Fitted with blade front and fully adjustable, frame mounted rear sights. 2-piece plain straight grain walnut stocks and forearms. Sling provisions mounted to barrel band and stock. Rifle (A) is chambered in .22LR. Rifle (B) is chambered in .22 Short. CONDITION: (A) Serial number 73462 is excellent+ with 97-98% bright original blue on barrel Frame has 90+ original case color with moderate pitting on left side and top tang. Wood is excellent+ showing minimum wear. Bore is bright. Action is tight and crisp. (B) Serial number 64940 is excellent, partially refinished. Barrel retains 98% reapplied blue. Wood is refinished showing minimum wear. Frame and lever are a grey patina overall. Bore is excellent with light abrasion. -MKS-
